Daiwa Stock Indices(DSI) is the performance index for Japanese stocks developed by Daiwa Securities Capital Markets Co. Ltd. and Daiwa Institute of Research, Ltd.
DSI consists of DSI-1 and DSI-2.

2010/ 3/29 Upon the establishment of a holding company for NIPPONKOA Insurance Co.,Ltd. (8754) and SOMPO JAPAN INSURANCE INC. (8755) by way of the stock-for -stock exchange method, NKSJ Holdings,Inc.(8630) was added to the DSI universe.
2010/ 3/29 Upon the establishment of a holding company for Nippon Oil Corporation (5001) and Nippon Mining Hoildings,Inc. (5016) by way of the stock-for -stock exchange method, JX Hoildings,Inc. (5020) was added to the DSI universe.
2009/10/30 DIR revised DSI Index Value from Oct 1,2009 to Oct 28,2009.
2009/ 9/30 DIR revised DSI Index Value from Aug 26,2009 to Sep 29,2009. We will revise Available Files(Download Data) in the morning of Oct 1,2009.
2009/ 9/17 Upon the establishment of a holding company for The Senshu Bank, Ltd. (8372) and The Bank of Ikeda, Ltd. (8375) by way of the stock-for -stock exchange method, Senshu Ikeda Holdings,Inc. (8714) was added to the DSI universe.
